Pickup, Return, and Refund Policy

WE DO NOT SHIP​

PICKUP POLICY:

​

Orders must be placed by Wednesday at 3:00 pm in order to be picked up between 10:00am and 1:00pm the Saturday of that week. When possible, I will try to accommodate alternative arrangements including offices in the East Lake area.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY:

​

Due to the nature and very short shelf life of these delicious baked products, it is not possible to accommodate returns and issue refunds. 

​

If you are dissatisfied with the product please email me at: giddyhousedelights@gmail.com and I will get back to you within 12 hours to resolve the issue. Response time may be longer during weekends or holidays.
