What is the best way to contact GiddyHouse Delights?

Drop us an email, or for pre-ordering our giddilicious products, use our website preorder page. Check Instagram also for regularly updated information. This is a sole proprietor operation which does not allow for the telephone to be constantly monitored.

Where is GiddyHouse Delights located?
GiddyHouse Delights is an at home bakery located in Hillsborough County, FL and operates under the Florida Cottage Law Guidelines. There is no retail location.

What are the pick-up hours?
Saturday 10am-1pm
Orders must be placed in advance on our website by Wednesday at 3:00pm in order to be picked up that same Saturday. We bake everything fresh to order.

Do you ship nationwide?
Not at this time due to restrictions by the Florida Cottage Law Guidelines.

What are the local pick-up options?
If you are placing a pick-up order, please be on time. Your order cannot be held over due to the short shelf life of these baked items.

Can I customize my order?
Custom orders are not available at the moment.

How can I “freshen” up my cookie?
You may warm all cookies in the oven at 300 degrees for 3-5 minutes.

What are the ingredients in GiddyHouse Delights cookies?
Our cookies contain wheat, dairy and eggs. All cookies are baked in a facility that processes peanuts and tree nuts and may contain trace amounts of nuts. Ingredients are not added to preserve the life of the cookies. Cookies are best eaten within 2-3 days.

How should I store my GiddyHouse Delights cookies?
Cookies can be stored in an airtight container and are best eaten within 2-3 days. Some of our clients have reported freezing cookies for up to two weeks and allowing cookies to get back to room temperature before   re-heating in an oven at 325 degrees for 3-5 minutes.

What is the refund policy?
